Welcome to RealtorHelpTop. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and the provision of legal support services for realtors.

1. Our Services

RealtorHelpTop offers professional legal support services including consultations, agreement drafting, and compliance reviews tailored for real estate professionals.

2. Info Products

We provide digital educational materials such as e-guides, video tutorials, and webinars designed to enhance real estate practice knowledge.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals, workbooks, and branded merchandise may be offered for purchase.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in Singapore Dollars. Accepted methods include credit card, bank transfer, and approved online gateways. For queries regarding fees, please use our Contact Form.

5. Refund Policy

RealtorHelpTop aims to ensure client satisfaction. Refund and reimbursement terms vary by category:

5.1 Service Refunds

• Consultations: Full reimbursement if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, less any processing fees.
• Document Preparation: Requests made prior to delivery of the first draft are eligible for full reimbursement if submitted within seven days of payment. After draft delivery, service fees are non-reimbursable.
• Rescheduling: Appointments may be moved without additional cost if notified at least 24 hours in advance via our Contact Form.

5.2 Info Product Refunds

• Digital Guides and Courses: Eligible for full reimbursement within seven days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• No reimbursement will be issued once more than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded.

5.3 Goods Refunds

• Physical Manuals and Merchandise: Defective or damaged goods may be replaced or reimbursed if returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs on replacements; we cover shipping for approved reimbursements.

6. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain premium training packages and live workshops delivered immediately upon purchase are non-reimbursable due to the immediate access provided and the unique nature of the content.

7. Modification and Rescheduling

Clients may request changes to scheduled services up to 24 hours before the appointment at no extra charge. To modify or reschedule, please submit your request through our Contact Form.

8. Limitation of Liability

RealtorHelpTop provides services on an "as-is" basis and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.
